Our History

Peculiarities began as an interest of Tim and Christine Scroggs.       

Their love of antiquing and thrifting started as a hobby, and grew into a thriving business. They officially "opened" in 2023 with booths at the local antique shop in Columbia City IN, The Mercantile. Eventually expanding into special request orders, launching of Peculiarities online in 2024, and recently to adding another booth location

at the Old Coil Factory Vintage Shoppes in Roanoke Indiana.

The name describes our love of finding unique items

that just bring joy to us, and hopefully to you.
